    I received this yesterday, comes in a reusable plastic bag packaging. The inside of the trainer is of cloth material and the outside is like a smooth flexible rubber (no bad smell), and the bones are flexible. I am 5'3 with a 36.5 inch waist and ordered the 4XL. It covers from right underneath the breast area to right above your kitkat . I have it hooked in the middle row row, it's tight but not unbearable. Should have have the 3XL so I could have started wearing it on the outside row instead of the middle.
    Kid you not last night I tried it, putting it on the first time is hard but you get a laugh out of yourself because of the things we do. This morning I layed down to hook on and it made it a lot easier than standing. Hook top two first then bottom two and work yourself to the middle hooks.
    Looking forward to using this as part of reshaping my body during my weight loss journey. Definitely buying the 3XL next time.

    I'm about 5'3 and I weight about 160 lbs. I bought an xLarge corset it it fit me perfectly. The material does not poke me nor does it make me feel itchy.

    I REALLY LOVE THIS TRAINER!!! My only suggestion is if you're thinking of going smaller then do so, because I ordered the X-Large and should have purchased a Large!!!

    First thing: you HAVE to get the size according to the chart. You won't be able to put it on at first just by connecting the metal hooks. I hooked it first then had to pull it up feet first up to my waist. It's supposed to be super tight because that's how it works.

    I love it. I ordered the size I usually wear. And it fit perfectly. I clasp the top one and then button from the button up.

    I'm too fat for mine. The material is great and it's honestly a lot better Than I thought it would be I was surprised it was actually material that seems like it can hold up but I did just get it today and I have to transition from size 3 to a 0 before I can fit it correctly wish me luck!!

    Sucks in perfectly! Unlike another cheaper one i bought that would just stretch ant stretch instead of sucking everything in.
    Update:
    I started off on a Large of this one. Im on a medium now on the last row. I have eated healthy through this jorney and am excited to say that will soon be getting a small one!
    P.S. for those who say you can't sit with it... I included a picture of me sitting with it. I usually study w it for long hrs and it actually helps me keep my posture!

    Love this corset! I was scared to order this since I didn't know my size but I gave in and order a medium and good thing I did! It fit perfectly! Pretty comfortable too and gives your chest a good bust (something I sure wasn't expecting but I like it a lot)!

    Surprisingly good quality and amazing effect! This waist trainer is well worth the 20 bucks I paid for it. I'm 5'2 , 118 lbs with a 25-26 waistline and the XS is perfect fit. I struggled a little bit to fasten it on but once you get the hang of it, it gets easy. Start from the top and work your way down.

    I am normally a size L, but I ordered a size up, because other reviews had said to. I bought an XL and it fit perfectly! Strong material so it should last, too.

    I just had a baby and went from 119lbs to 150lbs, I'm now around 130lbs more or less and needed something to help my stomach and waist get back to normal/improve. I'm so glad I didn't get a small because the medium fit perfect! I did struggle a little to get it on but that was expected. I'm 5 4 and it is a bit long but not uncomfortable. It goes from my hips up to just under my breasts. I was really scared I was gonna get a used ugly one like I saw in some of the pictures but this one was in perfect shape. Very satisfied:)
