Great construction and comfortable. Doesn't ripple when you sit down. I'm 5'2 140lb and I ordered an XL I carry all the weight in my middle after 3 kids. I probably could have gotten a large since after a week of wear and dieting I'm already on the smallest hooks. I will order again when I need the next size down ☺

I just got this today-but upon putting it on I realized how good of quality this is. I've bought a waist trainer before. But it had fewer bones and seemed to have stretched out rather quickly. Even though the bones feel flimsy, they are QUITE strong. I can't wait to see the progress! I'm just wanting to get more of a defined waist line since I feel like my abdomen looks like spongebob. My waist is 26 but I went with the XS. It was REALLY hard to fasten due to my problem belly at my belly button, but I fastened the top & the bottom first and then worked inward. I love what these do for my posture and lower/upper back pain too. I'll definitely be ordering my next one from Yianna. Yay!!

The waist trainer came on the day it was supposed to and it fit me very well. I ordered a L and I am 169 lbs. The material felt very smooth and comfortable against my skin. I recommend this product.

I bought this and at the beggining had some problems because I got the wrong size so it took a little time to send it back and get my right size. The seller was very nice and always looking forward to help me. I got now the M size and I love it. I am using it for everydaywear and at the beggining is a bit unconfortable but after a couple of hours it gets more comfy and like part of you. The material is soft and easy to wear.

So I measured my waist at a 27, my hips are 41. I am 5'3 and weigh 160lbs. I got a medium to be on the safe side and I probably could have just gotten the small. I definitely noticed an improvement in my posture and it isn't uncomfortable to run or workout in. Week 2 and I'm on the second set of hooks, Will buy again soon!

This is my first waist trainer so although I don't have anything to compare it to, I will say that I highly recommend it! I had a 25.5 in waist and ordered an xs. It is quite firm on my waist (the first time I wore it, it took a bit of effort to get on) but flexible and comfortable. However, it does take a bit to get used to but it's only a bit uncomfortable when bending down in it. I like to wear it when doing light cardio and doing strength training since I find that it provides a little bit of back support when doing squats and deadlifts. Since you do generate a bit of heat when working out, I would recommend wearing a thin tank top under it (which will be drenched in sweat) so you don't have to wash it everytime you work out. I handwash my waist trainer with warm water and detergent and air dry it. Overall, I think that it is a great supplement for weight loss but you will have to put some work in to see results (will not lose weight for you). I'm down to my last hook and looking forward to purchasing an xxs in a few weeks!

I'm 4'11 125lbs and ordered an xs. It was a pain trying to get it on the first time but after having it on for a couple weeks I can see a difference. I should be about to hook the second in another couple weeks. I was very skeptical of the purchase but for the price I recommend it!

I was really worried about going by the size chart. I'm about 178 and waist is 43' and said I needed a 5 XL. So I got a 3 XL based on the reviews and it was perfect fit. Nice and snug and would definitely buy this again!
