It is a tight fit! I have been wearing it around my house to do chores. I feel my skin from my baby pouch is tightening and it feels great.

I've been wearing the waist trainer for almost a week. I researched different waist trainers and also researched the best ways to start waist training. Easing into the training is the best way to go and it helps to to steadily get used to the waist trainer. It fits my torso perfectly and was a great fit. So far I'm really happy I got it.

I love it!!! It sucks in all the back fat and leaves a nice curve im a big girl and it still gives me a better shape in a shirt with out those annoying lines. Also, its flexible it moves with you but stays stiff enough to keep your back straight and sucked in i bought one for my sister and one for myself love this product.

I'm 5 8 and about 162 pounds. My waist is 29 inches and I got a medium and it fits great. Not painful at all. It's on the loosest set of brackets. So I'm super please with the sizing

...and it's not because the other two wore out. Rather, it's because I sized down out of them during the past 15 months (55 lbs. total loss so far). The two that are now too big are both in near-perfect condition. I will probably be giving them to the Goodwill if a friend or two doesn't want them.
This little performer is amazing! I had initially bought one that looked just like this, but was a boutique brand. My husband and I were naughty shopping and the salesperson convinced me to try one on. I LOVED the look and so did my husband. We weren't crazy about the price, but we were getting $20 off, for a total of $65.
Well, though I loved the cincher, it broke after just two months. By that I mean the side with the hooks actually pulled out and was hanging, like when the material around a zipper pulls out and just hangs there. BIG disappointment!
I bought another in the same brand (duh) and the same thing happened.
I was going to give up, but I loved the cinched look so much that I decided to get a cheap throwaway one so I wouldn't feel bad about the cost when the next one busted. I figured I'd just spend the $20 every couple of months and, oh well. That's really a cup of coffee every couple/few days.
That intended throwaway was this one, in a 3XL, and guess what...it NEVER busted. Period. I sized down out of it about 30 lbs. later. So I bought a smaller size. That one never broke, either. I wore these DAILY...and washed (by hand) every other day. They were and are PERFECT to this day, sitting neatly in my closet.
This is an amazing buy. I don't even know what it would take to break this thing or overstretch it. I mean I haven't been able to wear one long enough to wear it out yet! Apparently, it would take quite a few months of serious wear and wash abuse of the type I've given it in order to defeat this thing because the other two look like they did when I took them out of the package.
If I get to my goal weight and stay in one of these and I manage to outlive it, I'll report back with what its lifespan was.
Comfort level: I'm quite comfortable in this, but I don't cinch in very much - I only measure about an inch smaller in it than out of it. My main reason for wearing it is to get me a bit more hour-glassy and to smooth out any bulges, which I absolutely HATE. The fit to me is like a nice firm hug and it keeps me standing nice and straight. I think if I went much tighter, it would be uncomfortable, at least slightly. So YMMV. I would recommend starting cinching only an inch or so and see how that goes. You can always go onto a tighter hook if you find it's all good and you want a smaller look.
By the way, per waist measurement, this has been exact for me. I am now in an XL and my waist is 33.5 .

I've been wearing it daily for the last few weeks and I can definitely tell a difference. I now need a smaller size. It is latex though and I have an allergy to it so I have to wear a shirt under it. Totally worth it.
