    The construction of this was great! It just didn't fit me, so I would recommend going a size or two up from what you normally wear. I usually wear a 1x or 2x, I ordered the 2x and I couldn't even get the thing close to fastening. Which is by no means the fault of the company, I just carry all my weight in my tummy area. Again, its made of great material and seemed to have a pretty good design. I might purchase a larger size, but I don't really need this product.

    I used to be xs in all the stuff i buy. Thus i purchased xs.. well im not! So i had to buy small. Love the material fits perfectly! I will use the xs once i get on that size again.. So far i lm already at the middle hook... at least im getting there.

    I love this! I'm 5'7 and 200 lbs. I ordered a 2xl. After two weeks I was on the 2 hook! I work out and diet which I recommend anyone do. I do not work out with this on. I do walk with it on it I happened to be walking for exercise that day. I eased my way into wearing my trainer. First day I did one hour, 2nd day two hours, 3rd day 3 hours, and so on. I would definitely recommend!

    Bought myself one last year in a size medium and it fit great (I'm 5', was 137 lbs. Lost two inches in my waist in about three weeks and lost about 5 lbs. Well worth the purchase!). I worked my way down to the third row of hooks in just a few weeks. This was my first time using a waist trainer and I loved it, will use it again and again! Will purchase a size small for myself soon. My mom (77 yo) loved the idea and used waist trainers when she was younger. She asked me to buy her one so I bought the size large, as she weighed about 145 lbs and was 5'4 . That one was too small. Had no issues returning it and got my money back right away via amazon credit. Bought her a size 3X and it was way too large. Returned that one as well, no problem. Finally got her the XL and while she at first said it was too small, we got it on her together. It actually fit great. Love this product! Great quality for the price! Recommend 100% even if you have to order a few times to get the right size.

    Hours of debating what size to get, I have into a review that said size down. My waist is 39 so the chart says 6X. I ordered a 5X and for perfectly. A little sucking in and got clips on first row. I can bend and still tend to my lil one.
    I'm 5'6. It could be a little longer. I pull it down some to cover top of my jeans and it leaves a space. Not a big deal to me. I'm just glad it fits lol. I wanted to order the breathable one but was out of stock. This black one as you can see in pictures has a rubbery feel. Tank tops should stay in place lol. Non slip. It doesn't ride up, stays put for most part. Just went grocery shopping in it. Definitely have to get use to the feeling lol but I am very happy with this one.

    Material is soft, somewhat stretchy, and durable. It is very well made. Recently had a baby and does the job. Planning to use it to help with my diastasis recti. Just make sure to measure yourself before buying to make sure you get the right size.
