This thing is HARD to get on!!!! It DOES work though! I am 5'7 and 215 lbs and I got a 4X. It fits great right now. I have it on the tightest row of hooks. After wearing it about 8 hours it's soaked with sweat, but I didn't notice until taking it off!

I workout and eat right but ever since my c section I just cannot get the fluff around my midsection back to what it was. I LOVE this waist trainer, not only does it make me enjoy trying on clothes again but it's given me back my self esteem! I'm ordering a second one so that I can switch between the two while cleaning the other. I dry clean mine but you can also machine wash on delicate, cold water, DO NOT PUT IN DRYER, hang dry

It fits perfectly! I was scared it was going to fit too small because I went one size smaller but i love how it's so tight and sucks all of my belly in! It makes my stomach look flat and the it's made from sturdy material! The material is well made and i am not scared it is going to rip or tear anytime soon! The pictures don't give it justice for the good quality you can see and feel in person.

It's a great quality for the price. I'm 5'4 152 and I ordered a large. It fits tight on the last hook. I think the medium would have been too tight. It's very comfortable and I've already started to improve my posture while wearing it. Will post an update in a month or so. Definitely worth the money!! Hope this helps!

I was 5'7, 275 when I ordered this product. I decided to buy a 4X because of the reviews I'd read, but when I received it I could already snap it to the third row. I guess mine fit that way because I'm mostly bottom heavy. I'm gonna order another one in a 3X because I like the design and feel. Definitely worth the money!

Started at 2XL now on medium! Lost 30 pounds, started at size 11 jeans now a size 5. Started waist training in January, she literally only wear it the 8 hours I'm at work 5 times a week. Don't really work out either not to mention I work in a donut shop lol needless to say it works!

I absolutely love this waist trainer. It is such amazing quality for the price. The only problem for me is it is way too long. It goes up too far and triggers my asthma so I can't really breathe in it. I was going to return for a short torso option but they don't have one in small. So I will have to get creative.

Definitely recommend. Great, durable material. . This product really holds in the fat, lol. I've uploaded some pics to give an idea of how well it works (1st 2 pics WITHOUT the trainer.) I'm 5-8 195 pounds. The product provides long coverage down to the hips. If you want a tighter fit and you have measurements similar to mine, order the large instead of xl.

I have 27 inch waist and a small fits very comfortably! I had to do the first hook down at my hips and then gradually make it tighter up to my boobs because I have bigger hips and a smaller waist naturally. I found this helps in the beginning when you're getting used to wearing it! Also helps great with my posture when I sit.

I looked at reviews to place my size which I though would be a 3xl but I'm already on the last loop and I would like like to start on the 1st loop. The fabric is wonderful!!! I love it. Had to order a new one. When I pull my shirt down can't even tell you have it on. I am 206 lbs and I am 5'8. I would recommend a 2xl for anyone this size. Also it is long! Which I really love because I am tall!

My daughter wanted to try a waist trainer to work out with and after researching several we choose this one. One of the main reasons we chose this one is that the bones are steel not plastic. Basically the bones are what is inside of the corset to help it hold up and give it shape. If the bones are made of plastic it is more likely to break. It fits great and she loves the longer length. It goes from right under the breasts to right at the hipbone. The corset closes together with 15 hook and eye pieces. There are 3 different tightness levels you can adjust to. The hooks and eyes do a great job of securing the corset to the desired tightness. She wore this while working out and said she definitely built up more of a sweat in that area. She also plans to use this under clothes when she wants to have more definition in her waistline. The corset comes in your choice of 5 colors.

Wow such nice quality. This waist trainer feels so good on the outside and molds to my body well. It was a bit of a learning curve initially to use the front sinching but I got a hang of it. I wear my waist trainer for about 6 hours a day and I love the support it gives me. I tend to slouch but I feel wearing this makes me more conscious of my posture. The best part of course is the shape and flat middle you get when wearing this. No more bumps and lumps as it completely smooths out your middle section. I was able to put on a tank top over this trainer and it looked great... Couldn't tell. I love this trainer and intend to keep using it!

Holy moly! This is THEE best waist cincher I have tried. I guess the third time is a charm. This item is heavy duty. If you are looking for something that gives you instant results and really holds your mid and lower belly in, look no further. The material is like a really thick almost wetsuit material. The hook and eyes are also very heavy duty which is good! I found the item a bit difficult to close, but again... That's a good thing, if not it wouldn't be working. I was able to get it on with no help. I followed the sizing directions in the photos and found it to be accurate. The only thing I have to say about it is that although it really holds in the mid to lower belly, I found the top part (under bust/around ribs) to be a little loose. Maybe loose isn't the word, there was just no compression there. I like that because of that factor, I didn't have a roll up above the cincher like I have had with other products I have tried. This item is actually very pretty, I chose black to wear under clothing, but I could definitely see wearing it over items for a steampunk or goth/industrial look. I am tempted to order different colors. I love this cincher!!!
