I just received my waist trainer today and i have to start out by saying for $28 I really wasn't expecting this good of quiality!!!!! So for those of you looking for the right size, I was a little worried about that myself, I am 5'7 119 pounds and wear a size small in shirt size 5/6 in jeans, but figured I should start with a medium and I'm glad I did bc it is perfect! I'm on the last row, so after a few weeks I'm going to have to buy the small, but I'm happy I ordered a medium bc it would of been a pain to get into a small at 1st. My waist trainer came 2 days after placing my order. Now to see if it really does the job of trimming your waist and helping my posture!

Very happy with my purchase. This is my second waist trainer, must cheaper but better quality than the one I had bought from a Teen Mom Instagram ad.. I bought true to size based on my height and weight.. 5'3 175lbs, xxl. My body has not recovered from having two babies in 1.5 years and while I'm out in public I don't want to be self-conscious in pictures with my babies and having fun. So I bought this to wear under my clothes until I can get back into pre-baby shape. This isn't a substitute for excerisze or diet but it does work to look slimmer underneath clothes.

These are REALLY tight. That doesn't mean you got the wrong size as other comments say. Just lay down as you're putting it on like you would with too-tight jeans.. It won't work if you get a size too big for you.

Hey ladies sorry after searching for a waist trainer I viewed other reviewside n decided to order this waist trainer in must say that I love it good material only thing I wish it was tighther I ordered a 6xl I am a size 20 22 but when I received it i notice it was alil. Big but was so eager to wear n didn't have time to return it but anyway I kept it i wear it everyday for more than 8 hours let's see how my results go i think i need to go down to a size 4xl maybe I get this in in less than 3 min that's how easy it is for me worth the money

I take my measurements so I knew that medium was right for me. My hips around around 39 , chubby belly pooch was about 32 and the smallest part of my waist is 27 . I'm 5'6 and about 138lbs. This required some coaxing to get on, but it fits as I expected it to. If you know your measurements then the sizing is true to size.

I will say that it is awkward for breathing, but it reminds me a bit of a high allergy day. Nothing unbearable. Definitely corrects poor posture, appears to stay flush to body so it shouldn't be lumpy under clothes. Does make you a bit warm so probably best for cooler days or evening use. Material isn't itchy so that's a huge plus!

Good quality. This is my first attempt at waist training. I am 5'4 , 135lbs. I am fairly fit, working out at least 3 days a week. I wear a 27-28 pant, but after reading other reviews, I decided to buy up, so I bought a L. I am on the last set of brackets. I wish I got the M. I'll probably wear this for a week and then buy a M. Likely will give the L to my best friend.

Just got it today 4-23-17 I ordered it 4-20-17 and let me tell I'm the first to not put my card Info online but I'm sooooo glad I did I love it!!!!! Strong hold just awesome I'm 5'5 240 pounds i got the 5x I was so scared it was going to be to small but I wasn't! :) I seriously suggest getting it will post updates :)

Amazing! I always struggled to find a good and most importantly comfortable waist trainer and this is IT. It's so perfect. The material feels great on my skin it doesn't fit too big or too small. I am a size L and got a L to start with. It doesn't crush my body or bones like the other I could feel it hurting my ribs. I can sit with it comfortably and even sleep with it! Def getting a smaller size when I get through the L

I love it!! it fits very right and holds me in me well, the quality is awesome. I couldn't get it on without the help of my husband lol but after I put it on I left it on for a hour so it can be stretched out and now I can do it by myself. I wear large in shirts but I order a XL just in case and I'm glad I that. Ladies I recommend to size up it's a little challenging when first putting it on because the material isn't that stretchy. It doesn't hurt it feels very comfortable. I would recommend people to buy this item
